Returns & Exchanges

At Her.thesupermade®, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
